My names Emily April, I'm a Gold Coast-based film photographer who's passionate about the art of film photography. I shoot exclusively on film because I believe in the unique qualities it brings to each image – the beautiful grain, vibrant colors, and the simplicity of the process.

My journey includes shooting model portfolios, brand campaigns, press shots, maternity and small wedding elopements. I also used to run and own my own film developing lab. I love collaborating with clients to bring their ideas to life and capture each persons authentic beauty.

I'm also dedicated to supporting small businesses, fellow creatives and fostering inclusivity to my work, you don’t have to be a model or a big brand to work with me, I try to keep my creativity and rates as accessible as possible which is why rates start at just $350.
